npx create-react-app이 작동하지 않습니다.

아래와 같이 실행했는데 에러가 납니다.

```

에러 메시지는 아래와 같습니다.

```

어떻게 고쳐야 할까요?

아래와 같이 `create-react-app`을 제거했다가 다시 설치한 이후에, 해당 명령어를 실행해보시기 바랍니다.

```bash
# create-react-app 제거 후 재설치
$ npm uninstall -g create-react-app
$ npm install -g create-react-app

# create-react-app 재실행
$ npx create-react-app my-app
```
